Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Reelense platform
• Generate property videos for commercial use
• Download and use generated videos according to your plan

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the property data you input. Videos generated by Reelense are licensed to you according to your subscription plan. The Reelense platform, including all software, algorithms, and branding, remains our exclusive property.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Provide current and accurate payment information
• Pay all fees when due
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Reelense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
